Football Injuries

With a full contact sport like this, the athletes are prone to twisting motions of the knee causing ACL, menisci, or even PCL injuries, injuries to the shoulder resulting in labrum or rotator cuff problems, as well as fractures and broken bones. Damage can also occur in the hip, often from frequently lifting weights in a squatted position.
