Basketball Injuries

Because basketball requires use of all your joints, knee injuries and shoulder injuries are equally likely to occur. The quick pace of a basketball game makes pivoting and twisting your knee possible as well as makes you prone to ankle sprains, and your shoulder is subject to the frequent overhead motion of passing and shooting the ball.
